Key points of microwave vacuum drying equipment

Microwave vacuum drying equipment uses electromagnetic wave heating, without heat transfer medium, directly heating to the inside of the object, heating speed is fast, 1 kW microwave can heat the water at room temperature to 100 ℃ in 3-5 minutes, to avoid the above shortcomings, so the speed is fast, high efficiency, drying cycle is greatly shortened, energy consumption is reduced. Compared with the conventional drying technology, the work efficiency can be increased by more than four times.

In vacuum condition, heating the object can make the internal water evaporate without temperature rise. Because it is difficult to carry out air convection heat transfer in vacuum, only heat conduction is used to provide heat energy for materials. The conventional vacuum drying method has slow heat conduction velocity, low efficiency, and difficult temperature control. The heated material will also produce internal and external temperature difference. Microwave heating is a kind of radiation heating, which is the direct interaction between microwave and object, so that it is heated inside and outside at the same time, without convection or conduction to transfer heat, so the heating speed is fast, the drying efficiency is high, and the drying quality is high.
